Personalized visa invitation letters are automatically generated and sent to all individuals who register for in-person GSX with a mailing address outside the U.S.
International attendee’s registration fees will be refunded if you are unable to obtain a visa, provided that the visa was applied for well in advance of GSX 2024 and all necessary documents were submitted in a timely manner. We will accept requests for GSX refunds up to Monday, 14 October 2024. Please view the Show Policies and Cancellation Policies (see under “Show Policies” listed below).
